أعمال الجمعية
أطلقت جمعية الشارقة الخيرية حملتها الشتوية تحت شعار "شتاء دافىء للجميع"، والتي تنظمها للعام الثاني على التوالي وتختلف في استراتيجيتها عن العام الماضي، وكشفت الجمعية عن مجمل المساعدات المادية التي قدمتها خلال العام الماضي، وبلغت 23 مليون درهم، ووزعت في القطاعات الإنسانية التي تشرف على مساعدتها.
أعلن عن ذلك في الخيمة المجتمعية في المقر الرئيسي للجمعية في الشارقة، خلال مؤتمر صحفي بحضور عبدالله سلطان بن خادم عضو مجلس الإدارة المدير التنفيذي، وسلطان مطر بن دلموك وعبدالله إبراهيم النقبي أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، وممثلين عن دوائر ومؤسسات الإمارة وعدد من الشخصيات العامة.
ووفقا لما ورد بجريدة "الخليج" الإماراتية ، أوضح عبدالله إبراهيم النقبي رئيس الحملة أن الرعاية الكريمة لتلك المسيرة المباركة من الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم الشارقة، والذي يعتبر القدوة والمثل والملهم لكل ما تقوم به الجمعية من أعمال في سبيل خدمة الدولة، وفرت للجمعية كل مقومات النجاح لتحقيق المزيد من التوسع بين الفئات المستهدفة من شرائح المجتمع الضعيفة لنشر قيم المحبة والتكافل الإنساني وتخفيف العبء عن المعوزين دون تمييز وبث قيم الإيثار وإعلاء شأن العمل الإنساني والخيري.
واستعرض التوجه الذي تبنته الجمعية مؤخراً وجعلته في مقدمة أهدافها الاستراتيجية بتركيزها على تطوير منظومة العمل الإنساني داخل الدولة وتقديم أنواع المساعدات كافة والدعم وكل خدمات الجمعية في جميع المجالات سواء الصحية أو التعليمية أو الاجتماعية وكذا المساعدات الاقتصادية للشرائح الفقيرة والمعوزة وبخاصة فئة الأسر المتعففة لكل المقيمين داخل الدولة، ولم يقتصر هذا الدور فقط على الأفراد بل امتد ليشمل كافة المؤسسات والهيئات .
قامت جمعية الشارقة الخيرية بتوفير 500 بطانية لنزيلات سجن المعمورة في إمارة رأس الخيمة في اطار الاستراتيجية العامة للجمعية والخاصة بتدعيم الشراكات المجتمعية مع كافة المؤسسات العاملة بمختلف إمارات الدولة، وقام مسئولو قسم العلاقات العامة بالجمعية بتسليم البطانيات للنزيلات بحضور المقدم سلطان ابراهيم الجروان مدير سجن المعمورة.
ونقلت جريدة "الخليج" الإماراتية عن عبدالله سلطان بن خادم عضو مجلس إدارة جمعية الشارقة الخيرية ومديرها التنفيذي قولها:" إن إدارة الجمعية حريصة على الدوام على تدعيم فكرة الشراكات المجتمعية وتعتبرها من أهم أركان الاستراتيجيات العامة التي تحكم اسلوب العمل داخل جمعية الشارقة الخيرية".
وأكد أن البطانيات التي تبرعت بها الجمعية لنزيلات سجن المعمورة بإمارة رأس الخيمة جاءت في استجابة فورية لطلب ادارة سجن المعمورة بهدف توفير بيئة سليمة ونظيفة وصحية للنزيلات، وخصوصاً ان البلاد تشهد في هذه الفترة موجة من البرد الشديد.
ومن جانبه، عبر المقدم سلطان الجروان مدير سجن المعمورة عن شكره وتقديره لمجلس إدارة جمعية الشارقة الخيرية برئاسة الشيخ عصام بن صقر القاسمي، مثمناً جهودها المبذولة للتعاون المستديم مع كل الجهات المؤسسية والخدمية وحرصها على تدعيم الشراكة المجتمعية مع الجميع.
عاد وفد جمعية الشارقة الخيرية إلى أرض الوطن بعد رحلة خيرية قام بها إلى عدة دول في إفريقيا استغرت عدة أيام وشملت السنغال وبوركينافاسو ترأس الوفد محمد حمدان الزري عضو مجلس إدارة الجمعية مدير إدارة المشاريع يرافقه اسحاق قمبر متطوع في الجمعية.
وفقا لما ورد بجريدة "الخليج" الإماراتية ، تأتي زيارة الجمعية في إطار سياساتها الرامية إلى مد يد العون والمساعدة للأقاليم الفقيرة والمعوزة والتي تقع تحت وطأة الجوع والحرمان وبأس العيش.
وقام الوفد بالتعاون والتنسيق مع سفارات الامارات في إفريقيا بتفقد مشاريع جمعية الشارقة الخيرية المنفذة في السنغال وشهد ذبح الأضاحي أيام عيد الأضحى ثم قام بزيارة بوركينافاسو وتم خلالها تفقد المشاريع من مساجد وحفر الآبار.
وقام الوفد بتوزيع 183 كيس أرز زنة 50 كجم ما يعادل 9 أطنان على 15 ألف شخص في 6 قرى وسط فرحة كبيرة غمرت الأهالي وبدت عليهم الفرحة بتوزيع المؤن لاسيما أن غالبية سكان القرى يعانون من الفقر وسوء التغذية.
بعدها توجه الوفد إلى جمهورية سيراليون وتفقد بعض المشاريع فيها وتم الوقوف على تنفيذ ذبح الأضاحي وتوزيعها وزيارة غينيا كوناكري، حيث سيتم تنفيذ بعض المشاريع الخيرية والإنسانية في هذه الدولة عن قريب إن شاء الله.
ومن المقرر أن يقوم وفد من جمعية الشارقة الخيرية بزيارة لجمهورية ساحل العاج لتفقد مشاريع الجمعية المنفذة هناك
باشرت جمعية الشارقة الخيرية استقبال المتبرعين الراغبين في إحياء شعيرة نحر الاضاحي بعدما قامت بتوفير نوعيات جيدة من الاضاحي سواء في داخل الدولة أو في خارجها.
ونقلت جريدة "الخليج "الإماراتية عن سلطان مطر بن دلموك عضو مجلس إدارة جمعية الشارقة الخيرية رئيس حملة عيد الاضحى قوله :" إن إدارة الجمعية تعمل جاهدة على تذليل كافة السبل للمتبرعين الراغبين في نحر اضاحيهم وفق البلاد التي يختارونها لذا رفعت جاهزيتها لاستقبال تبرعات المحسنين بقيمة الاضحية وانتداب فروعها والجمعيات الخيرية المتعاملة معها والتي تشرف عليها سفارات الدولة بالخارج للاشراف على ذبح وتوزيع تلك الاضاحي في أكثر من اربعين دولة".
وأشار مطر إلى أن تكلفة الاضحية في داخل الدولة تقدر بـ 400 درهم بينما تكلفة الأضحية في خارج الدولة تقدر بـ 300 درهم علاوة على أن إدارة الجمعية حددت لها طاقة استيعابية تصل إلى 1500 أضحية داخل الدولة و1700 أضحية خارج الدولة قابلة للزيادة.
وأهاب ابن دلموك بالمحسنين والاسر سرعة التبرع بقيمة الاضحية وعدم التأخير لقبيل عيد الاضحى حتى يتسنى للجمعية اتخاذ التدابير الادارية للذبح والتوزيع على المحتاجين.
ولفت رئيس الحملة إلى أن كسوة العيد لدى الجمعية لم تتجاوز 30 درهما لتشجيع المحسنين على التبرع وتوفير الكميات اللازمة من تلك الملابس إلى الاسر الفقيرة في مشارق الارض ومغاربها لاسيما مع اقتراب موجة الصقيع.
تنفذ جمعية الشارقة الخيرية فرع الذيد 134 مشروعاً خيرياً خارج الدولة، بتكلفة إجمالية تصل إلى 4 ملايين درهم تبرع بها محسنون من مختلف أنحاء المنطقة الوسطى منذ بداية العام الحالي 2009 وحتى أواخر شهر أغسطس/ آب الماضي.
ووفقا لما ورد بجريدة "الخليج" الإماراتية ، أكد سلطان بن دلموك الكتبي مدير جمعية الشارقة الخيرية فرع الذيد أن أنشطة وبرامج الجمعية تشهد نشاطاً ملحوظاً وتوسعاً في الميادين الخيرية التي تقوم بها كافة سواء على الصعيد المحلي أم على مستوى العالم.
واشار إلى أن حجم التبرعات ارتفع خلال العام الحالي بنسبة تصل إلى 300% مقارنة بالعام الماضي، ما يعكس مدى التكاتف والحس الاجتماعي الرفيع الذي يتمتع به أبناء المجتمع الإماراتي، إلى جانب وعي القائمين على الجمعية بأهمية الوصول إلى شرائح المجتمع كافة لإطلاعهم على الدور الإنساني الذي تضطلع به الجمعية وأهدافها النبيلة التي تسعى لتحقيقها.
وقال ابن دلموك :" إن المشاريع التي تقوم بها الجمعية خارج الدولة تتمثل في بناء المساجد وحفر الآبار وإنشاء الفصول الدراسية والعيادات الصحية، وغيرها من المشاريع الخدمية الأخرى "، لافتاً إلى أن جمعية الشارقة الخيرية فرع الذيد تقوم حالياً بإنجاز 134 مشروعاً خارج الدولة بتكلفة تصل إلى 4 ملايين درهم تبرع بها محسنون من مختلف أنحاء المنطقة الوسطى، وهي موزعة على النحو التالي 64 مسجداً، و61 بئر ماء، و8 فصول دراسية، وعيادة واحدة، يتم بناؤها حالياً في الدول التالية: الهند، السنغال، سريلانكا، النيجر، الصين، بوركينافاسو، السودان، اليمن.
وحول الفترة الزمنية المتوقعة التي يستغرقها تنفيذ المشروع الواحد، أشار إلى أنها من 12 إلى 16 شهراً، وفي بعض الأحيان يتم إنجازها في فترة أقل، لافتاً إلى أنه يوجد في مختلف فروع الجمعية قسم خاص بالمشاريع، يتم من خلاله استقبال تبرعات المحسنين الذين يرغبون في التبرع لبناء المساجد وحفر الآبار، وسواها من المشاريع الأخرى خارج نطاق الدولة.
تشهد أروقة جمعية الشارقة الخيرية نشاطاً مكثفاً من قبل غرفة العمليات التي أوكل لها مجلس إدارة الجمعية مهمة متابعة تنفيذ مشروع إفطار الصائم خارج الدولة والذي تقوم الجمعية من خلاله بتوفير موائد الإفطار الرمضانية لاستضافة الصائمين وتناول الإفطار على موائد الرحمن في أكثر من 38 دولة منتشرة في مختلف قارات العالم.
ونقلت جريدة "الخليج" الإماراتية عن محمد حمدان الزري عضو مجلس ادارة الجمعية والمشرف العام على قسم المشاريع قوله:" إنه مع التوسع الكبير والطفرة الهائلة التي تشهدها برامج الجمعية الخيرية وأنشطتها الإنسانية يأتي مشروع الصائم لهذا العام أكثر تميزاً ومواكبة لهذا التطور الاستراتيجي الذي تشهده الجمعية في كافة مجالات العمل الإنساني".
وأضاف الرازى أن الجمعية قامت هذا العام بالإعداد الجيد لمشروع إفطار الصائم خارج الدولة من خلال التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية في الدولة كافة وفي مقدمتها وزارة الخارجية وسفارات الدولة وبعثاتها الدبلوماسية في الخارج واستطعنا من خلال هذا التعاون البناء المثمر أن نوفر موائد الإفطار الرمضانية في 38 دولة منتشرة عبر كل قارات العالم
نظمت اللجنة النسائية وقسم العلاقات العامة والإعلام بجمعية الشارقة الخيرية ندوة توعوية عن كيفية مواجهة الأخطار الصحية والأمنية والمجتمعية وبخاصة في فصل الصيف، وذلك ضمن الفعاليات المتنوعة الخاصة بحملة الصيف مسئولية الجميع التي تحظى بمشاركات مجتمعية من كافة مؤسسات ودوائر حكومة الشارقة.
ووفقا لما ورد بجريدة "البيان" الإماراتية ، شارك في الندوة المقدم أحمد بن درويش رئيس قسم الدوريات بالإدارة العامة لشرطة الشارقة وعدد من الأطباء بإدارة الطب الوقائي والقائد الكشفي وسيم وديع إضافة إلى عدد كبير من المتطوعين وربات الأسر وأعضاء فرق مفوضية كشافة الشارقة وأدارت الندوة أمل حمدان بن جرش السويدي مشرفة اللجنة النسائية بالجمعية.
عاد وفد جمعية الشارقة الخيرية من زيارة لجمهورية اليمن الشقيقة بعدما أشرف على حملة الجمعية الناجحة والمنفذة لمكافحة أمراض العيون والعمى وإجراء أكثر من ثلاثة آلاف فحص طبي لمرضى العيون بعدة محافظات باليمن.
ونقلت جريدة "البيان "الإماراتية عن محمد حمدان الزري عضو مجلس إدارة جمعية الشارقة الخيرية رئيس وفد الجمعية باليمن قوله :" إن الشيخ عصام بن صقر القاسمي رئيس مكتب حاكم الشارقة رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية الشارقة الخيرية وجه بتوالي إيفاد الحملة إلى مختلف الدول وتقديم الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية لكل المرضى في تلك البقاع والتي تتجاوز أكثر من 10 دول".
وأكد أن حملة مكافحة العمى وضعت في قمة أولويات خيرية الشارقة وتقديم المساعدات الصحية والعلاجية للعديد من الدول التي تدخل في نطاق مساعدات ومشاريع جمعية الشارقة الخيرية.
وكشف عن أنه تم فحص ما يقارب من 3000 شخص كما تم إجراء أكثر من 200 عملية زرع عدسات علاوة على صرف أدوية لعلاج أمراض العيون وللمرضى الآخرين وذلك بالتعاون مع جمعية النبراس الطبية ومؤسسة السبيل للتنمية الاجتماعية في اليمن.

ومن اهم انشطتها على مدار العام كفالة الأسر المتعففة وكفالة الأيتام وبناء المساجد والمباني الوقفية داخل وخارج الدولة وحفر الابار افطار صائم وتوفير المستلزمات المدرسية للطلاب طباعة المصاحف صدقة جارية وغيرها من الأعمال الخيرية
وفي العديد من الحملات الي تقوم فيها الجمعية خلال العام مثل حملة الصيف مسؤولية الجميع ومعا لشتاء دافيء وحملة سلة الخير برا بالوالدين وحملة رمضان وحملة عيد الأضحى
وتقوم جمعية الشارقة الخيرية بتوفير إحتياجات الأسر المتقدمة بطلب المساعدة سواءاً بصورة مادية او بتوفير احتياجات ومتطلبات المعيشة وذلك من خلال الدراسة التي تقوم بعملها للإسر المتقدمة بطلب المساعد حيث يتم دراسة احتياجات الأسرة وذلك من خلال الدراسة المكتبية والميدانية التي يتم عملها من قبل قسم المساعدات الداخلية في الجمعية ومن ثم توفير احتياجات هذه الأسر من خلال القوافل التوعوية التي تقوم بها الجمعية على مدار العام والتي تشاركها فيها العديد من الجهات الحكومية والمدارس وذلك من خلال تفعيل مبدأ الشراكات المجتمعية الذي تحرص ادارة الجمعية على العمل به بهدف تمتين الأواصر والعلاقات بين افراد المجتمع الواحد.
كما تقوم الجمعية بعمل المعارض والأنشطة للأسر المنتجة والتي تهدف من خلالها على تنمية المواهب والإبتكارات التي تمتلكها هذه الأسر وحثهم على ضرورة حصولهم على مصدر دخل خاص بهم بالإضافة الى المساعدة التي تقوم بتقديمها الجمعية لهم وذلك حرصاً منها على حصولهم على العيش الهانيء والرغيد
كما تقوم الجمعية بعلم المحاضرات التوعوية للأسر المتعثرة اقتصاديا بسبب المشاكل التي تواجهها هذه الفئة من المجتمع التي تعددت وبرزت احتياجاتها وترتكز هذه المحاضرات على توجيه الأسر ببعض الإرشادات الخاصة يقانون الأحوال المدنية ،وبتوعويتهم بالأمراض الأكثر انتشاراً وطرق الوقاية والعلاج وغيرها

Work of the Assembly
