الحوادث المرورية
المقدمة :
في الحقيقة أن الحادث الغامض غالبا ما يقع نتيجة خطأ السائق ، ويكون هو المسئول الأول عن حصوله ومن الأفضل للسائق أن يعرف جيدا طرق الوقاية من الحوادث الغامضة حتى لا يقع ضحية لها ، وهناك نوع من الحوادث الغامضة الخطرة التي يذهب الآلاف ضحيتها كل عام بل كل يوم ، وهذه الحوادث تقع لسيارة واحدة بمفردها دون أن تشترك في ذلك سيارة أخرى ، مثل التهور والانقلاب والانزلاق وصدم الأشياء الثابتة مثل الأشجار والجدران وغيرها ، ومع كثرة تلك الحوادث ليل نهار كان لنا أن ندرك نتوغل في العلاقة الوثيقة بين السائق والحادث ودراستنا هذه تستند على دراسة السائق وهذه العلاقة .
ما هو الحادث المروري ... ؟ :
إن الندرة في معالجة الموقع كأحد العناصر المؤثرة والمسببة للحوادث المرورية وعدم الإهتمام به في معظم الدراسات دفعت الباحث إلى تغطية هذا النقص وتبدو أهمية الدراسة كذلك في أن البحث عن خصوصية مواقع الحوادث المرورية يمكن أن يسهم مساهمة فاعلة في التعرف على بعض الأسباب الحقيقية والخفية لهذه الحوادث مما يؤدي إلى تلافي هذه الأسباب وبالتالي التقليل من الحوادث المرورية وأخطارها ونتائجها .
السائق :
ويؤثر هذا على الحوادث المرورية من خلال النقاط التالية :
أ – الحالة الجسمية للسائق وقدراته على رد الفعل أثناء وقوع حدث مفاجئ على الطريق كما يدخل في ذلك حدة البصر لديه وتحكمه في عجلة القيادة .
ب- كفاءة السائق من حيث خبرته واتباعه الاجراءات اللازمة أثناء القيادة كإعطاء الاشارات اللازمة أثناء الانعطاف ومراعاة عملية التجاوز لسيارة أخرى وغير ذلك .
ج – الحالة النفسية للسائق أثناء قيادته للسيارة أو المركبة وتأثيرها على أسلوب القيادة الذي يتبعه .
حالة السائق :
حالة السائق كثيرا ما تكون السبب الرئيسي في الحوادث ولابد للساق أن يكون يقضا ذهنيا متفتح عند قيادة السيارة ، وحالة الانتباه هذه واليقظة تتأثر بعوامل كثيرة مما يزيد من خطر وقوعه في حوادث اصطدام أو تدهور ، ومن أهم ما يؤثر على السائق :
• ضعف النظر.
• ضعف السمع
• الارهاق والتعب والخوف
• توتر الأعصاب والنعاس والتخدير .
وعلى الرغم من بذل كثير من الجهود من قبل الحكومة لضمان سلامة السيارات وتحسين الطرقات وأنظمة المرور تبقى أهم المشكلات المتعلقة بسلامة السير بين ايدي سائقي السيارات لان السائق هو المسبب الأول لمعظم الحوادث .
كيف يتجنب السائق الحوادث ..؟:
والسائق هو العنصر البشري في الحادث وهو المحور الرئيسي الذي تدور حوله العوامل التي تشكل حادث المرور فهو يتحمل المسئولية عن غيره من الناس فقيادة السيارة مهارة تتطلب التدريب والممارسة واليقظة وهناك ما يؤثر على قدرة السائق في تجنب الحوادث منها
• عدم القيادة وهو مرهق ومتعب .
• ألا يكون مصاب بمرض يقلل من كفاءته في القيادة .
• عدم القيادة بالسرعة الزايدة عن المقرر .
• احترام قواعد المرور
• عدم استعمال الانوار المبهرة .
• ترك مسافة أمان بين وبين السيارات الاخرى .
• الوعي والادارك المروري .
• الحيطة والحذر من جانب الأطفال والكبار أثناء عبورهم الطريق .
واجبات السائق تجاه الحوادث :
في حالة وقوع حادث يعطي السائق إلى زميله جميع التفاصيل المطلوبة لمعرفة هوية المركبة .
اذا وجد الساق بالقرب من مكان الحادث جهاز لطلب الإسعاف عليه أن يخبر بواسطته عن الحادث وتفاصيله وكل ما عرف عنه .
على السائق الموجود بالمكان أخبار رجال الشرطة بالسرعة الممكنة عن مكان الحادث و يذكر اسمه وعنوانه واسماء المصابين والمكان الذي وقع فيه الحادث .
على السائق المار بالقرب من مكان الحادث الالتزام بالوقوف وعدم الاستمرار في السير .
